There is no age requirement to use NEONMEGLE. You are responsible for making sure using the service is legal where you are.

NEONMEGLE pairs you at random with another visitor for a one-on-one video call. There are no accounts. Matches, uptime, and connection quality are not guaranteed — the service is provided as is.

• No nudity, sexual acts, or sexual content of any kind.
• Absolutely nothing involving minors.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, or discrimination.
• No violence, self-harm content, or illegal activity.
• No spam, advertising, scams, links to malware, or bots and automated tools.
• Don't impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are.

The record button saves a clip to your own device. Ask the other person before you record, and never publish or share a call, screenshot, or clip without their permission. Recording or sharing someone without consent may be illegal where you live, and it will get you reported.

You are solely responsible for everything you say, show, and send. We do not monitor calls in real time and cannot pre-screen what a stranger shows you. If someone breaks these rules, skip and file a report.

We may restrict or block access at any time, without notice, if we believe these terms have been broken. Serious cases — especially anything involving minors or credible threats — may be reported to the relevant authorities.

The NEONMEGLE name, logo, and press images may be used under the rules on the brand kit page. Don't alter the logo or imply a partnership or endorsement.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NEONMEGLE, including anything another user says, shows, or does.
